A former professional player turned player-development coach, recruiting advisor and baseball executive. Coach G has spent his career helping athletes develop measurable ability and navigate the college recruiting process.
He has worked with players at every stage — youth and high school athletes, collegiate prospects, and professionals. His offseason development work includes MLB and MiLB players such as James Wood, Trey Lipscomb, Nasim Nuñez, James Triantos, Luis García Jr., Dalen Lile, Owen Hull and Vance Honeycutt.
That experience shaped a clear view of what separates talented players from players who are genuinely prepared for the next level: consistent development, measurable progress, discipline, the right exposure, and a long-term strategy.
